Umicore's plant in Markham is a prominent supplier of precious metals products in grain, wire, sheet, rings and ring tube in gold, silver, platinum and palladium materials. Umicore is also a full-service refiner for precious metals for same metals from the Jewelry and Industrial markets.
The company, originally established in 1914, is part of Umicore's Jewelry and Industrial Metals business unit. Located minutes from Toronto, our Markham facility provides products in a wide range of dimensions and shapes. We can make these products to our standard specifications or custom to match the requirements of various Jewelry and industrial applications.
Our ISO certifications provide additional assurance that our Canadian manufacturing plant conforms to the ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 Standards.
We are also SCS 100% Recycled Gold certified and are a member of the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC).
